Group B at the FIFA U-20 Women's World Cup Poland 2026™ brings together three established contenders and a tournament newcomer.
Brazil, the only team never to have missed a U-20 Women’s World Cup, will continue their incredible run in Poland. Canada, runners-up in 2002, will be competing in the finals once again. Back after missing the last two editions, England will return to a competition that Tanzania are set to experience for the first time.

How did Brazil qualify?
South America was allocated four places at the global finals. Brazil secured one of them by winning the South American Under-20 Women's Football Championship.

How did Canada qualify?
The young Canadians earned their ticket to the global finals by winning the 2025 Concacaf Women's U-20 Championship where they overcame Mexico 3-2 in extra time in the final.
England

How did England qualify?
Six places were allocated to the European qualifiers. One of these was automatically awarded to Poland as the host nation, whilst the other five were allocated following the 2025 UEFA Women’s Under-19 Championship. England therefore secured their place thanks to their final ranking in the continental competition.

How did Tanzania qualify?
Tanzania were one of the four African qualifiers for the global finals. During the final round, the Tanzanians edged Cameroon on away goals (3-3 agg.) to punch their ticket.
